California's Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) provides the public with an opportunity to review and submit input on environmental documents associated with proposed projects. Marin RCD's projects requiring CEQA compliance typically have an open public comment period of 30 days. Relevant documentation and exact dates for comment on these projects will be posted here.
